The Big Night In voucher is owned and administered by SPARK Marketing Services Limited whose registered office is at The Old Sawmills, Filleigh, Barnstaple, EX32 0RN.
 
The Big Night In Voucher entitles the bearer to claim various products provided by third parties. Your voucher will contain a code. Your code is unique and may be used to claim different products depending on the voucher code you have been issued with according to the following:

Big Night In General Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Your Big Night In Voucher code is unique and may only be used once to claim the advertised elements.
  2. To use your voucher code visit www.bignightinexperience.com and input your code and all details required prior to the date shown on your voucher. Once a voucher has expired it cannot be extended.
  3. The voucher may not be resold, exchanged for cash or any other service. Should you misplace your voucher code or have any issues in its use please contact us using the contact us section of www.bignightinexperience.com.
  4. In using your Big Night In voucher you give us permission to use your name, e-mail and postal address to provide you with your pizza ingredients, streaming voucher and popcorn. You also give us permission to share your personal information with third party companies to facilitate the offer. Your information will not be retained for marketing purposes unless you give us permission to do so.
  5. SPARK reserve the right to alter the third-party providers of the elements that make up the Big Night In voucher at any time and without notice. Should this occur, SPARK shall replace that product with an alternative to an equal or higher value.
Dough-Re-Me Pizza
 
  1. The Supplier of the “Bake at Home” Pizza Kit is Dough Re Me Ltd (Company number 12574028) whose registered office is at 26 Station Road, Heaton Mersey, Stockport, United Kingdom, SK4 3QT. You can view their website at: https://www.dough-re-me.co.uk/
  2. Upon using your Big Night In voucher to claim, you will be asked to select the pizza dough base that you would like to receive (up to the number of Pizza Kits that you are entitled to). A full list of pizza bases available will be listed at the time of redemption at www.bignightinexperience.com. No personalisation or amendments to the pizza shall be available so please ensure you are familiar with the ingredients of each one before making your decision, taking into account any allergies you may have. Each kit comes with fresh toppings and bases.
  3. Choose the delivery date from those shown - Your delivery will arrive between 8am-8pm on the day requested. Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure delivery, in rare circumstances unfortunately there may be circumstances beyond our control when this may not be possible. We cannot accept liability for any delay or failure to deliver to you within your chosen time window, should the delay be caused by unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to traffic delays or severe weather conditions.
  4. Upon receipt, all containers should be removed and placed in a refrigerator. They should be removed 1-2 hours before use to get them up to room temperature.
  5. All Pizza Kits are delivered in insulated environmentally friendly packaging so they will stay cool for a short while once delivered.
  6. Deliveries are currently excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, parts of North East Scotland. Apologies for any inconvenience.
  7. Due to the nature, perishable items are not returnable. For full allergen information, please contact customer services. Whilst every care is taken during the preparation of your order, please note all Dough-Re-Me food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens may be present. If you have a food allergy please ensure you notify us prior to placing your order.
  8. In the unlikely event that Dough-Re-Me are unable to fulfil your requirements they will contact you to make other arrangements.
Popcorn
 
  1. Your delivery from Dough-Re-Me shall also contain the relevant number of packets of Joe & Seph’s 80g Salted Caramel Popcorn.
  2. The supplier is Joe's Gourmet Foods Ltd, 3 Willen Field Rd, London NW10 7BQ

  4. In the unlikely event that the product is unavailable, delivery will be delayed until stock is replenished.
Movie Stream Voucher
 
  1. The Movie Stream voucher is in the form of a £3.50 Gift Voucher for use at www.chili.com
  2. The gift card must be activated and used by 31.05.2021
  3. The vouchers give customers the opportunity to rent movies in all formats for an amount of £3.50 within the whole digital movie catalogue.
  4. The offer is open to new and existing CHILI customers.
  5. The credit can be used only for Digital Rental, excluding “straight to CHILI” PVOD titles. The credit cannot be used to purchase films and TV series Movies and products from eStore.
  6. Customers can only activate one code at a time. Codes can’t be used in association with other promotions.
  7. If the residual promotional credit is not enough to rent a movie, customers can pay the missing amount using one of the other payment methods available on CHILI.
  8. Customers can watch their movie within 28 days from the point of selection and 48 hours from the first “play”.
  9. Movies can be viewed either on CHILI website or via the CHILI app.
  10. When redeeming a gift card code, customers must comply with the general terms and conditions general terms & conditions of CHILI.
